Blackjack Rules
Goal: Get closer to 21 than the dealer without going over (busting). Cards 2-10 = face value. J, Q, K = 10. Ace = 1 or 11 (your choice). You and the dealer each get 2 cards (dealer shows one). Hit (take card), Stand (keep hand), Double Down, or Split pairs.
Basic Strategy
Always stand on 17 or higher
Always hit on 8 or lower
Double down on 11 (and 10 if dealer shows 2-9)
Split Aces and 8s always
Never split 10s or 5s
Stand on 12-16 if dealer shows 2-6
Hit on 12-16 if dealer shows 7-Ace
