Why Verify Your Account?
Verification is required for withdrawals above PKR 5,000. It protects your account from fraud and ensures compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
Mobile Verification
This is done during registration via OTP. Your Pakistani mobile number is your primary account identifier.
CNIC Verification Steps
1. Go to Menu > Settings > Verification
2. Tap "Verify CNIC"
3. Upload clear photo of CNIC front side
4. Upload clear photo of CNIC back side
5. Take a selfie holding your CNIC
6. Submit and wait for approval (usually within 2 hours)
